Welcome to the Partnering with Beaver in Restoration Workshop  website. These pages are also intended as a general resource on beaver restoration and conservation.

Enrolled and Past Participants:

This website is the primary hub of resources for the Partnering with Beaver in Restoration workshops. By the end of the workshops, all workshop materials will be posted here for you to refer to after the course.

Prospective Participants:

We have no public beaver workshops currently scheduled. In the past, we have taught various flavors of the workshop ranging from 1-3 days in duration. We have offered these workshops to the general public and professionals as well as USU Graduate students. The primary workshop is a 3-day event, typically held in Logan, Utah.  We teach these workshops when demand is sufficient to cover our costs. Alternatively, we can teach a custom workshop for your organization for a fixed fee (contact Joe Wheaton to discuss).

ICRRR 3-Day Workshop Organization

The Logan ICRRR workshopw were organized by the Intermountain Center for River Restoration and Rehabilitation at Utah State University and hosted by the Department of Watershed Sciences. - NOT CURRENTLY SCHEDULED

Workshop Partners

The workshop instruction team includes colleagues from NOAA Northwest Fisheries Science Center, Eco Logical Research, Inc., the Grand Canyon Trust, and the Stella Lab at SUNY. The workshop would not be possible without the cooperation and support of our colleagues' respective institutions.
